Invoicing and Payments
Let's face it, dealing with payments is never fun. I've done my best to streamline the process to make it as easy as possible. If you have ideas about how making payments can be even more convenient, please let me know! To make a payment now by credit card, just use the link below!
How much do lessons cost?
- Rates are $45 per hour and students can opt to take 30-minute, 45-minute or 60-minute lessons depending on your level of study, finances, and voice teacher's discretion.
- Each high-school student is required to take 15 lessons per semester.
- If any student has financial difficulty paying for lessons, there are departmental scholarships available. Please contact the directors for more information.
How will I be invoiced?
- Lesson fees will be aggregated for the 2009-2010 school year and divided into 9 equal, monthly payments.
- Payments are always due by the 1st of the month. Payments will be due for 9 consecutive months, September 2009 to May 2010.
- Every student will be invoiced monthly for 9 months. If at any time you choose to pay your full balance for the rest of year, your monthly invoices will cease. If you prefer to be invoiced on a different schedule, please contact Sarah.
- Students/parents will be invoiced between the 15th and 20th of each month for the following month. Invoices will be sent via email. If you prefer a hard-copy of the invoice, just let me know!
How do I pay?
- You are welcome (and encouraged) to pay for more than one month at a time or to pay your entire year-balance at once. Just let Sarah know of your intent to do so and you will be invoiced accordingly.
- Payment may be made via cash, check, or via credit card through PayPal. There is a $3 fee per transaction to pay via credit card. (Note: you do NOT need a PayPal account to pay via credit card through PayPal.)
